We need to set the standard of what is expected of our players, hosts and Reclub. It’s everybody’s job to make Reclub a fun, fair and safe place to play.

User Conduct

How users should act in the app and IRL. Treat others like you’d want to be treated.

Have fun. Be cool. Be nice. Be respectful. Contribute positively to the community. It’s pretty simple.

Hosts

Treat players like a guest in your house. Everybody has a good time. You’re the champions of the sport, and set the standard for the community.

Fraudulent Activities

Creating fake events or misrepresenting event details (e.g., date, time, location, content, host identity). Accepting payment for services not intended to be delivered (e.g., "hosting meets, taking money in advance, not showing").

Catfishing & deceptive profiles

Creating fake profiles, and misrepresenting personal information (e.g., name, age, gender, location). This includes using stolen photos or fabricated personal details to deceive others.

Harassment & abusive conduct

Harassment includes, but is not limited to, in-person or cyberbullying, doxing, impersonation for malicious purposes, spreading false warnings, personal attacks, aggressive language, and sustained disruptive behavior.

Step 1 - Locate the issue

Step 2 - Access the "Report" feature

Look for the "..." (three dots) icon, typically top-right. Tap to reveal a dropdown menu. Select "Report"

Step 3 - Add details

Clearly describe the issue and any supporting information.

Reports should be based on observable facts. Avoid emotions, personal opinions, or assumptions about the intent.

Provide all relevant information, context, and expected outcomes to give our team a complete picture of the issue.

☑️ Timely

Report violations as soon they occur to ensure a prompt review and response from the team.
